Hello there!
LilyRox Photography is the brain and soul child of Darlene Estrada
Acorda. My style is simple and straight forward. I detest over-photoshopping (is that a word? it should be.) and believe that
photos should truly speak for themselves. When I don't have a camera strapped around my neck, you can find me running after my dog, my little rugrat, and
keeping up with my husband. I started in photography as a teenager during my yearbook days shooting film and developing my own black and whites in the high school dark room. I went on to minor in photography in college but left the art to focus on another passion: medicine. In 2004, I went back to photography and since then I've been shooting away with my big chunky camera and my teeny tiny phone. I love all forms of photography but my heart will always belong to the candid moments, the one's that capture the personal and intimate aspects of life.

P.S. You may be wondering why LilyRox?! And I say, why not?! As sentimental as it sounds, LilyRox Photography is named after two of the very first dogs I've ever had, Lilyput and Rocky. LilyRox is my way of upholding their memory because I miss them so.
